At Smokey Jollof, we prepare every order fresh and on demand. Because of this, cancellations and refunds are handled with clear conditions.
Order Cancellation
a) Orders can only be cancelled before preparation begins.
b) Once food preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
c) To cancel, contact us immediately through our support channels.
Catering Orders
a) Catering orders require advance planning and preparation.
b) Late cancellations or major changes close to the event date may attract charges.
c) Final confirmation timelines will be communicated during booking.
Refunds
a) Refunds are only processed for valid complaints such as:
Missing items
Incorrect orders
Quality issues reported within the allowed time
b) All complaints must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
c) Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
d) Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds for:
Change of mind after preparation
Failure to receive order due to unreachable customer
Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
Delays caused by external factors beyond our control
